    Unfortunately I had a couple of terrible experiences. The guys seemed nice, but they gave me the wrong info and I ended up wasting a fair bit of money.

    Worst possible customer service. DO NOT take your watch here to get fixed - or anything to that matter - as even the staff admit they wouldn't get their possessions fixed at their store. Rude, lazy, incompetent service, offered excuses not apologies. Went there FIVE TIMES to collect a watch that they promised would take 5-7 working days - it took 26 working days, for apparently no reason at all.

    I would give it 0 stars if I could. Highly recommend you avoid this place and go somewhere where they know what they're doing.

    I think it all depends on who is there at the moment (someone seems to know what he's talking about). Anyway they refused to refund for their error, and I am certainly not going back!
