  When I asked for a refund I was told firstly that I had waited too long to return this product, secondly that the product was used (it was not) and thirdly to take it up with the manufacturer of the product. I was hoping to purchase a superior product however I was spoken to in such a rude manner that I had to just walk out. I am writing this review to warn others, if you are not satisfied with the quality of their products you will not even be offered a credit note. There are other pharmacies in Canberra Centre I urge you to not shop here if you care about your consumer rights.

  I have never been so disrespected in my life as I was today in Bounce Pharmacy, Canberra Centre. Only four days ago I purchased three products totalling $23.85. Unfortunately one of the products that I purchased was not of the usual standard that I am used to from that product and as such I decided to return it. Unfortunately I did not have the time to return it sooner. The product that I was returning cost $2.95.
