  We paid extra for packing, this was not organised and when the movers arrived they didn't know anything about packing. Our delivery date was entered two weeks late in their system. They were very uncooperative with fixing this and eventually would only bring moving date forward by 2 days. This resulted in paying rent for an empty house, and paying for temporary accommodation in the mean time.

  the guys were very professional and courteous at both ends of our removal. we packed most items prior to uplift but the guys bubble wrapped or wrapped in blankets all item of furniture and helped reassemble all we asked them to. Would definitely recommend Grace to anyone needing a removal
