    I have been in the store many time's to ask questions about an item or to pick things up that was on hold and to tell me it wasn't there (and it was). Some staff have NO idea about the products of what information that I needed to know.

    the place for upper-end brands in canberra so far. service is a bit patchy but better than average; and when it's gd, it's v gd.

    Selection of goods is great. Some staff are very helpful, others just talk to each other and point you towards the section where your items are.

    Problem finding staff who will serve went through 6 staff who said they were concession staff until I could find anyone to serve me

    Absolutely amazing experience at Armani counter! I had a beauty consultation with Ruixian last week, she did Armani Glow on me which is so fabulous!!!! Recommend
