  After checking out several bike shops in Canberra I decided to buy my second bike (first road bike) from Onya Bike because I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service, especially from a bloke called Hayden whom I dealt with. Will definitely be loyal customer for a long time with this store (and Belconnen Onya).

  Awesome and Legendary! So much thanks goes to Tim who saved my trip from Brisbane to experience the Thredbo Downhill. Having arrived in Jindabyne on the afternoon of the 30th of December some low life stole the through rear axle off the bike while it was on the roof of the car parked in the shopping centre. Being a part not commonly held as a spare part, this trip we looking like a waste fo time until I happened to catch Tim by chance on the 31st of December briefly dropping into the shop. After confirming the part via text Tim was able to find a replacement part for me to use and even rode towards Jindbyne meeting on the side of the road in order to shorten my travel back to Canberra from Jindabyne. All those fellow riders in the ACT should count there luckly stars to have such a person looking after their biking interests. Tim thank you again and I can only hope Onya Bikes spreads its wings to Brisbane.
