  I went in for an electroylsis in 2016. I had previously attended this clinic for 5 years, but a new owner had taken over and she did the electrolysis. She was very rude. She also put the heat much higher than she should have and left quite a bit of scarring. This was suprising because she had my history and should have known the level of heat my skin can tolerate. I was very disappointed in her demeanour, and even more disappointed in her abilities. Do not go there if you want competent and pleasant service!

  Daughter went in for electrolysis, had a consult with a lovely lady who was gentle and used the right voltage she cant remember her name but she had brown hair, decided to book back in for a later date for the full treatment, came back in in October this year, a rude blonde haired lady, did the "treatment" on a very high voltage, was very rough, daughter asked for a little breather she gave her 5 seconds then kept going (was rushing acting like she wanted the appointment to be over with), was ripping the hairs out with the electrolysis needle instead of tweezers very roughly, daughter did not feel comfortable in the situation at all asked her to stop, she still paid for the appointment. Daughter had been left in horrific pain, with the "treated" area blistering straight away. 1 and a half months later she still has scarring on the area.... would never recommend anyone to go here.
