  Looking at reviews of this place I made a terriblw mistake. Not only is the actual phone service trash, the employees are just as trash. Im trashing this thing at the end kf the month and getting Telstra when I come back in Feb. Buyer beware!

  Laura was the rudest ever as I mentioned that I was first in the line, but she insisted other customers who had arrived after me were there first. There were not in the shop when I came in. Frankly understaffed, it’s no reason. All I needed was a phone number! Whilst I have been a customer with this company for over 15 years, I am very disappointed that not even civility is part of how customers are treated. You should have ticket distribution at the very minimum, if you’re unable to keep track of what is going on in your shop.

  That Asian girl should be fired, she does not need to be in store, her attitude is ruining this company.

  The young Asian girl helped me and I wanted to throw my phone on the ground and destroy the store about 3minues in. That Girl is incredibly rude and she was constantly rolling her eyes. Didn't try to actuay assist, she connected the phone to her phone's wi-fi and when it did, she basically said my phone is fine, though I specifically said there places I go abd the phone will recognise no wifi in the area though there is wifi. She advised me that maybe the wi-fi at work is broken after I said I was connected to it in my other phone.

  Very rude and incompetent staff at Canberra city center. Long wait and aggressive behavior. Don’t bother if a customer is waiting and no manners at all to reply in a courteous way. Visit date/time: 27/10/2017 7:00pm

  We were trying to get help from local staff but they were impatient and trying to kick the ball away. Got issue resolved through call center finally. Cannot see any value to keep this shop open.

  Just moved here from the states. Bought a pre-paid phone and the service is TERRIBLE. It doesn't really work where I live, apps will download and not install, it won't recognise the wi-fi at work (and I can connect to all of them on my US phone) so I come to the store right next to my work to ask about it.
