    This was my fourth trip to Soma Day for a facial and was extremely disappointed, again, for the second time. My 75 min facial ended in just under 55 minutes. When I raised my disappointment, I was told that it depends on the girls multi tasking. This further added to my disappointment. I did not compromise with the price and paid in full. I am also aware that facials are not 'speed' focused but time focused based on the amount of time it takes for masks to work. My mask literally was put on my face and left for no more than 5 minutes - yes, that's where I lost my 25 minutes of a deep mask. So lesson learnt, spend a few hundred dollars on mask sheets and apply them at home. Atleast my skin will have 20-25 mins of full benefit. Extremely disappointing experience!
