  The room didn't look like it had been cleaned at all, the glass and mirrors in the bathroom were dirty, the bathroom had mould particularly in the shower, the rubbish bin in the bathroom had a full, tied bag in it and the bin was sitting in the middle of the bathroom when we arrived? On our floor there was rubbish in places and an empty wine glass that stayed there for the entirety of our stay which was 3 days and it was in plain view of cleaning staff but did not move. When we got there it was cold being winter and the heater was broken which we had to get maintenance to come fix. The thing that has left a bitter taste in my mouth is my daughter left her beloved toy that shes had since she was tiny in the room, I rang that night once I unpacked and realised, its been almost a month since we stayed there and they have still been unable to find my daughters toy???? How hard can it be?! it was in the bed, its either got to be under the bed or in my opinion in the sheets but they cant seem to find it so the conclusion I have come up with is that one of their staff has stolen it as it was an expensive toy.... Things don't just disappear. When I have spoken to someone on the phone they haven't bothered to ring me back, Ive been passed on person to person having to repeat my story over and over and no one seems to be doing anything and has made me feel like they don't care. Lastly I spoke to a man who I believe was the manager and he said to me after I said that things don't just disappear that he doesn't believe that his staff would have stolen it because it wasn't valuable, I was gobsmacked.... So rude and disappointing!

  Had our Xmas party there, tapas & pizzas. Instead of serving up 2 different dishes of chicken wings, could have been a bit more innovative or generous with the tapas. The pizzas were great though. They have a good selection of beers on tap & plenty of outdoor space if you need some fresh air.

  I stayed at the Realm the day before and on my wedding night and it was perfect! Staff were amazing and beyond helpful! Highly recommend this hotel.

  The room is very dirty with dust and stains everywhere. The shower lets water splits to the whole floor of the bathroom, I almost slipped off when stepped out from the shower.

  When I first arrived at the entrance, there were 4-5 taxis parking in front of the entrance, there was no way for me to get in, I had to stop the car in the middle of the street for a while then I had to drive a round until some of the taxis moved out.

  An awesome surprise. Lovely suite. I recommend a short 10min walk to Manuka shopping centre for a wider range of restaurant options.
