    To make it worse i had asked my husband to go in store for me as i could not get into the city. So all this happened to my husband, thanks a lot Mimco, your staff have no customer service skills and apparently do not know the job either. Never again.

    Always walking in to cheerful, knowledgeable staff members that always look the part and are able to help with most questions. Walking out of the store with the feeling of a personalised experience that MIMCO can only provide.

    However, the casual staff are always pleasant - perhaps they deserve a promotion!

    Very poor service, staff rude and unhelpful and refused 20% off a clutch bag stating it was not classed as a hand bag. When i logged onto their website to purchase what a surprise the bag i was given the discount at checkout.

    I tend to shop online, as the manager is unnecessarily rude and unpleasant to deal with in the store.

    Went in today Twice, first time was busy so I returned once it was close to emptied, I was after watches for my GF's Bday so i wait about 10mins no one helped me although staff asked the female customers if they needed help and then walked around straightening up items
