    The shoes and bags are beautiful but it is the outstanding customer service that makes shopping here such a pleasure.

    I have purchased two pairs of ECCO walking shoes, both very comfortable. The first pair failed within one year with a seam splitting when the "cotton" gave way. I gave ECCO the benefit of the doubt and bought a second pair. It too lasted less than a year when the leather tore just above the sole. AUD300 shoes not lasting one year. And I cannot find a customer service number for the company - maybe they don't want to hear!! Loved the shoes but hate the service, can't afford to enjoy the comfort!

    Lovely shoes, very comfortable. A little over priced, but i only ever buy when on sale.
