Saw Arj Barker here, the theatre was clean and tidy including the bathrooms. There was plenty of room to walk around even with thousands of people attending events. Will definitely enjoy going there again.

Great theatre centre, with good range of top line live performances. Parking is a challenge and is expensive, and getting out of the car park after a show can take some time. Theatre seating is very comfortable, with good lines of sight from most seats. Good bar service. Limited toilet facilities with lengthy queues at interval. Plenty of restaurants nearby, except on Sundays, but bookings nearly always essential.

Decent theatre, but horrible noise policy and no reserved seating. They do not inforce the noise policy. Had an incredibly loud person behind me during the musical. Asked at internation for a change of seat or for something to be said. Was informed they don’t keep any seats in reserve not even in case of breakage. They were not able to do anything about the noise. Ruined the whole experience.

Friendly staff in an amazing venue. All facilities including bathrooms are well maintained. Sound in the main theatre has consistently not been brilliant but thankfully the last show we saw here it improved by the third piece. Staff are really helpful and accommodating.

A standard 1960s theatre which is long overdue for renovation to provide more space between seats. The sound is usually adequate but continuing to see long queues out of toilets is an indication of the less than adequate interval facilities. The smaller Playhouse theatre is deliberately more intimate but suffers from too little space for too many rows of seats. Canberra is long overdue for an international standard cultural centre. Instead we got a light rail system that many will never benefit from.
