  Overpriced. No parking available past 8:50am. Wilson employees are rude and uncooperative. Parking timings are ridiculous (8am-8pm)! The pavements inside are too high and always scratch the bottom of your car really badly.

  All (expensive) parking payment is automated either by machines that record your registration or via an app. The app itself is as terrible as the customer service when it doesn't work.

  Its car parking with fees, fines and tow away zones. All the inner city parking can offer.

  Unfortunately, ZERO stars isn't an option. A week ago, parking for the first time ever in this car park, I arrived at 6:30pm in the dark (in the dead of winter) down near the QT Hotel and couldn't see a machine anywhere (I later checked in daylight and there was one about 50m away obscured among cars). What I did find about 20m from my car was a sign saying "paybyphone" (pictured), which seemed to be the only way to pay - hardly a surprise given Wilson's reputation for disservice. So, of course, I tried to register an account, but the app kept showing 'server error'. The car park was 3/4 empty and I couldn't afford to be late for my conference registration, so I took photo of the sign and screen shot the server error, then went inside thinking I would try to find an alternative way pay on the way out an hour later, but no, there was already at $65 ticket on my windscreen at 7:30pm. I lodged an appeal explanation the same evening, uploading photos of the sign and screen shot and of course offering to pay the parking fee. So, today I received an insulting and condescending e-mail response from Mr Unknown at No-Reply saying that I entered a contract with Wilson to pay for parking, that I could have called the "1300 number written on the machine" and that I had to pay the liquidated damages (compensation). Wilson and their Parking Enforcement Services division - the scourge of society.
