  Might be OK if you're parking outside of peak periods, or if your time is totally worthless. Take the bus or park elsewhere if you've actually got somewhere you need to be.

  Idiotic layout meant big cars would struggle to navigate this car park. Level 4 is mostly reserved, but they strangely still let you in to stare at spots that you can't park when rest of the unreserved spots filled up.

  Great if you like sitting in your car waiting in line for ages. This car park has 4 ample levels of parking, and only 1 boom gate exit, which means you can easily spend 15-20 minutes waiting in line to leave if you try to get out during peak periods.

  Poor service staff, poor facilities, not worth the 43 minute wait just to leave this sub par hole in the ground.

  I do pity the staff, a lot of issues with this place is to do with its bad design in the first place. I hope the architect sees this and stop making the same mistake again.

  To top it all off, don't try to leave this car park between 4:30pm and 5:30pm or you will spend a lot time doing nothing and stuck.

  Many of the car parking spaces are labelled as being for small cars yet huge SUVs park in the spaces. Whilst the maximum daily rate is $17+ credit card surcharge there is little tolerance for marginally exceeding the 4 hour rate of $9.00. 1 boom gate entry and 1 boom gate exit leave much to be desired if the boom gates become non-functional or car park customers have issues with their parking tickets. Otherwise the car park is well located in the City West area.

  Terrible. Do not park here. I paid $14 for parking and went to leave. It took 43 minutes to get from level 3 to the exit. By the time I got to the gate, my ticket had expired and I was forced to pay $3 more. I pressed the intercom to dispute this illegal charge and had to wait 5 minutes more for a response. When they finally answered the call, I was asked what the problem was, and before I finished explaining, the "customer service" person had hung up and did not answer again.

  Do not park here!!! Pay machines constantly breaking, boom gate always broken and you spend 40 minutes trapped in a car park. Absolute joke
