    The items got sold, but the customer satisfaction is zero.

    My husband kindly bought me 2 gifts from this store. The first was a Disney Couture locket pumpkin head necklace. The second was a matching necklace, bracelet and drop earrings. All items are for a much younger market. The "Disney Couture" (pumpkin locket) might have been an indicator, but being a guy, I don't think he knew this. The staff should have advised him for something suitable for a woman in her 60's as he did mention it was a gift for his wife. The items were not cheap. Now they sit in a drawer and will not be used because they look ridiculous on an old woman.

    Love love love, staff were lovely and very helpful. Owner of the store basically put together my formal outfit and it's gorgeous! 100% the best customer service too!
