  Terrible florist! My husband ordered a beautiful festive surprise hamper and what was delivered was a very ordinary hamper with things like Shapes, Captains Table, Yellow Glen, a box of $2 chocolates. Honestly it would've cost no more than $20 to put it together and they charged $121! We've sent a number of emails and not a single response. Won't be using them again if they are the last florist left in Canberra!

  Have dealt with this florist regularly for the last 10 years and have never had a bad experience. I have always received excellent advice, sensitivity where required and beautiful arrangements at incredibly reasonable pricing. Would recommend all day every day. Beautiful family owned business.

  Terrible customer service. I ordered a bouquet for delivery via their website. It did not arrive, when I contacted them to find out why and when it would arrive they refused to assist and directed me to another company. Does not make any sense that I should need to contact a different company as I ordered the flowers directly from their website. Not my fault if they contract it out to a third party and theres an issue - they should take responsibility.

  Awful! I just purchased $130 worthof flowers for delivery to my girlfriend for our anniversary. On arriving home I was stunned to find a bunch of flowers that is possibly worth $40 at most. The $20 bunches found out the front of Woolworths are far superior. This florist is increcibly overpriced by comparison to others in Civic and does not represnt value for money.
