  Really nice place. I have never seen Apple shop until now. Si it was amazing. Huge energy is coming from there. And the personnel is really friendly and have the knowledge for their job.

  Waiting for 30 minutes when we had an appointment, all staff were ignoring us, not giving us any eye contact or approaching us, yet when we were in earlier walking around looking at stuff we were approached 5 times and asked if we wanted to buy anything. Funny how you don’t care about your customers when it comes to your faulty products but you care for someone who is buying your expensive accessories.

  Anyone would think they are like Doctors, if you don’t have an appointment they will not take the item needing repair. Expect you to hang around waiting for them to see you. Advised a time, then send message saying they are ready for you, if you don’t turn up within 2 minutes they look after the next customer. They don’t take notice of message that is sent as a reply.

  Couldn't even take a minute to look at my computer despite how quiet they were. The man who approached me simply said "make an appointment" then walked away. Terrible customer service.
