  I like the merchandise but the staff member who served me was incredibly rude. I've been shopping with this store on a regular basis as my office is close by; and I've been using the canberra city vouchers each every month. She refused to let me use the gift card, advising that they havent accepted it for years. When i know she herself have accepted them before. I don't have a problem with it not been accepted, i have a problem with her attitude and lack of customer service. There is no need to be blunt, rude and patronizing. Very disappointing.

  Huge store, a little dated but huge collection. Friendly staff and great prices
