  Premium protection doesn't cover much. I put wrong fuel in and I was charged $940 on top of rental plus premium protection which I already paid for at the time of pickup. Premium protection was suppose to bring my liability to $500 and wasn't expecting to pay $940. They try to charge you for days car is off the road as well after such incident, they dont tell you all these details

  Before you make a booking! Think 20times!! I am not the only one, and you may become one of us to experience worst. customer service from car rental company ever, will recommend everyone not to take up any service with Thrifty!! Book via expedia more than one month ago, pick up at 7am. No opening hour sign on the door. No one contact us in regards to the hours. Wait for more than 1hour outside of the door. Called customer service, Linda from the team "help" telling us to blame on Expedia! All I want to say is this right? Blame on others? So you doing it for free? No customer service at all!!
