Nice food and price, plus goos service.

I've visited here twice and on both occasions the service was dreadful. The first time, we ordered hot drinks and asked for two high chairs. After 30min of repeated requests, they eventually materialised with one chair for two children. It was ok though because our two drinks didn't arrive in that time anyway. The second time was this morning. They charged $19 for a bottled juice, a small latte and two babycinos. When questioned, they rounded it down to $15. When this was questioned, they worked it out at $10.50. Got there eventually. The order didn't appear for 20min and then both children scalded their mouths on the babycinos and started crying. I'm more interested in the company than where I get my coffee but this place is distractingly bad and best avoided.

Terrible. We ordered the ham and cheese croissant off the menu and a pot of tea. After waiting 20 minutes we asked where it was only to be told that they no longer sell the croissants, despite the fact that we had ordered and paid for it. Tables weren't wiped down between patrons either. Atmosphere was nice though.

Price is ok but it's not the best coffee I've had.
